The Union for Gender Empowerment has a Commissioner of Oath on staff that can provide trans-inclusive oath services as well as guide service-users through the process of changing their name and gender marker in the province of Quebec.
This is a hybrid service. Until September, it will operate completely remotely. Afterwards, service-users will have the option of using this service in-person or online – all interactions continuing to be contactless. It is provided at no cost to members of the McGill and Greater Montreal Community.
